HOUSE IN SOUTHGATE ROAD, 1836/7
Pencil; inscribed on reverse: House in Southgate Road (on west side). Afterwards turned into a tutor’s house for Winchester College and occupied by the Rev Charles Hawkins. In 1904, extensive additions were made to this house (H. 22cm, W. 28cm)
