The unglazed pottery horse is standing, his left foreleg raised, his back legs slightly bent and his head slightly turned to the right. He has fold marks on his neck, his mouth open and the ears pricked. His saddle has a short flowing cloth and long side panels, while the harness around the lower part of his neck stretches along his back and ties his tail up with jingles. He stands on a slightly warped rectangular base. The pottery has a pink tinge and is painted with traces of a white pigment, his mane brick red. There are also traces of pink on his muzzle, orange on his saddle and grey on the harness.
